Churches Are Growing Rapidly
"Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt." Amos 9:13
The scriptures speak of a time when the fruit comes in faster than the ability of the reapers to bring it in. In other words, the end-time harvest of souls will be so great that the churches will grow faster than the supply of leaders.

The Need Is Worldwide
India: Many who want to go to Bible school cannot afford to leave their jobs to attend a traditional institution, because they would not be able to support themselves or their families.
Russia: Many of the churches are very young, and much of the leadership has been saved only a short time. The majority do not have any Bible training whatsoever. They cannot afford to leave their jobs or families while going away to Bible school. As well, they are concerned about leaving their new, young churches without any real leadership while they are away.
Africa: The population is expected to double in the next 25 years despite the ravages of AIDS. It is reported that 20,000 people per day are accepting Christ.
China: There are many small underground churches run by untrained young leaders, becoming susceptible to various heresies due to the lack of teaching.
We Must Have A New Wineskin!
Pastors must be trained in areas where this kind of rapid church growth is taking place. We must no longer see Bible training only in terms of coming to a residential institution. We must also make the Bible College mobile, and bring it to the students.
